Clean room, friendly staff. Hallway on 3rd floor smelled highly of weed.

There was someone very intimidating just standing in the lobby next to the check in area. There was also a couple who came to the front desk to cancel their booking before staying there or even checking into their room. They said they smelled marajuana in the elevator and didn’t want to stay there. Room was clean enough, but definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Less Than Expected Good location close to the Houston Medical Center. didn't have to worry about heavy traffic; close to many eating and dining places.

The staff was Amazing..Ms Stacy greeted me with a smile and also assisted me with my needs,Ms Lisa was Awesome as well, she Made me feel real safe to be in Houston by myself at my time of need Great team The only thing that may need updated is the smell but no worries..it wasn't a bad stay At all,Keep up the Great work Staff

Old, not updated hotel, rooms smell bad, bathrooms are awful with bathtub desperately need to be updated. Awful hotel. Never again at this location. My queen bed slants down on right side. Terrible!!!
