Very friendly front desk staff! We needed very inexpensive lodging close to Rice University. This was convenient and the front desk staff was excellent! This isn't a fancy hotel or anything but, for the price, it served our needs completely.

Pretty Good The stay and the staff were nice, wish they had more of a breakfast though. Good location had a lot of fast food restaurants around.
