Customer service Horrible experience. The customer service needs to be revamped, better yet replaced with customer service conscience individuals. Will never use again.
Will never return The room ha don towels, it was not clean, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The gentleman who checked me gave me a room key and a post it note with a WiFi password. He didn’t inform me everything was closed and there was no breakfast being served. I asked for a late check out then people kept knocking on the door asking us to leave. Then my mom and daughter got stuck in the elevator and had to literally scream for over 10 min minutes to get any help. I wish I could get my money back.
The room was no clean and smelled bad. No good customer service
Sold our reservation, NO room for us I didn't get to actually stay at the hotel because they sold my reservation out from under me. We arrived at 10 pm due to having to work before leaving for our medical trip. When we arrived at the hotel we were told they didn't have any rooms. I made my reservation a week in advance of our trip. The hotel blamed Hotels.com for overbooking them. I only kkow we were tired and NOT happy to have to find another hotel at such a late hour.
Would not recommend I had a family emergency had to leave 20 minutes after check out the manager and worker did not refund any of the money for the second day for 20 minutes they were not understanding at all and the room was dirty when we got in there no pillow cases no towels the fridge was dirty
First floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was super hard. And the pull out couch mattress looked dingy and like it was full of pee.
Smoke...overwhelmed me I stayed on th third floor.313...the smell.of smoke from th other rooms...made me SICK...ALL my clothes smelled lkke smoke... My husband was in th med xenter havin emergency surgery...IT NOT A GOOd STAY
