I’ve stayed before and had a pleasant experience but this time was bad. The room had a story cleaning supply smell. And there was hair in the sheets and all over the bathroom from previous guests. Fortunately we stayed only a night.

They did not have any pots, pans, plates, bowls, or other items to cook with or eat on, which is main reason to stay at a place that has a kitchenette. Went to front desk and they said they were out of all items. I was “lucky” and only able to get some forks, spoons,and knives. They should have 1set of all the items needed or normally stocked in each room as they used to.

Very disappointed When we got there we where told that our room was cancel because they had rented all of their rooms... so finally after getting very upset and arguing with the front desk they move some Things around and gave me a room!! Then the shower didn't have any hot water for both days of my stay and they were unavailable to move me to another room cuz the hotel was full...

The staff was very friendly and considerate. Thank you Extended stay Staff.
We stayed for a quick family vacation with my son. We reserved the Queen studio thinking there would be a couch, which was definitely my mistake. The staff graciously brought us a roll away bed for my son free of charge! They were friendly, the room served it’s purpose, and was clean. No frills but we weren’t expecting them and the price was great. Location also convenient.
