for a few nights Price-quality is ok. A little modernizing at this location is in order. Additionally, the parking lot was covered with people smoking/vaping/calling. This could appear uninviting and even intimidating, so a no smoke/vape zone in the parking lot and at the entrance of the hotel could help. Maybe a dedicated zone at the back to accommodate tenants...

Perfect for visiting Space Center Houston, walk across the street and you're there, no need to pay for parking.
