Personal requests were not heard. we requested a roll in shower and got a tub. I requested on with hotels.com and my husband requested it two or three times before we arrived. Manager was rude to my husband when he asked her about our request prior to arrival. So long story short he was not able to shower all weekend. He was not very happy.

I Floors in room were sticky. There was an awful smell in the hallway. Other guests were sitting their bagged trash in the carpeted hallway. The trash was there when we arrived at 3pm. It was still there at 10pm that night.

Extended Stay with no ability to eat in This had a very minimal cooking area. There was no way to use this because there were NO pots or pans, NO plates or glasses, & NO silver wear. There were 2 small ice trays but nothing to store the ice in. When these things were requested, I was told that they did not have anything to hand out. If guests can not cook anything, they should offer a full breakfast. The facility seamed clean & safe. It is directly across from the Houston Space Center.
