My stay was nice but no dishware or flatware without asking ..bed very comfortable but the pillowsame were mush no support...location was great...

Perfect for Johnson Space Center Good location..."grab & go" muffins, energy bars and coffee doesn't really qualify as breakfast included.

The first room we were given had urine stain on the bed sheets, underneath the comforter. The comforter was dry. We felt the wet spot when we getting into bed. We informed the front desk. He was nice and apologetic. He moved us into another room and he changed the sheets in the first room. The ratings on our review, except for room cleanliness, are on the second room. Room cleanliness was based on the first room.

great place the hotel is located directly across the street from the Johnson Space Center , there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable with plenty of plump pillows. Our TV remote did not work and I called the desk. The desk clerk came to the room immediately and cheerfully replaced it. An added plus is Galveston is less than 30 mins away. Will definitely return.

Nasa extended stay Great staff but check in is 3 pm. They charge of you come before 3 pm. Close to everything in the Webster ,Clear lake area .Really good food in walking distance

Late arrival I was a late arrival and the staff didn't miss a beat. They had me checked in very quickly and on to bed. Thank you for making the end of my day am easy fix!
