It was an ok stay.. Guess they are doing reconstruction.. Elevators wasnt working.. overall good stay

Long-term stay Most of it was great. Had an issue with people propping the security door open by my room and even though I reported it repeatedly, nothing was done. Had chosen inside room access for extra safety due to traveling alone. It's supposed to be a non-smoking building but my sheet had a cigarrette burn hole in it. Weekly cleaning was poor, they only did partial cleaning. Did not do tubs or wipe down kitchen counters at all and I was there 3 weeks. Staff was friendly. Not good, but almost good enough They didn't have the kind of room I reserved. The room we got had only 1 full/queen-size bed and a tiny (less than twin-size) pull-out couch to sleep the 4 of us. There were only 3 pillows in the room, with no more available at the front desk. We had to request sheets for the pull out bed. The hotel was basically what I expected it to be at that price -- kinda dirty and plain, with a couple things broken, but at least it was safe enough.
