Very nice.
The hotel itself was fine. There wasn't much close by. I got in around 8:00 PM and had planned on driving through somewhere to get food but there was nothing close. I got up early and wanted to go get coffee and after driving several miles around the area I finally found a mini mart/ gas station open but I didn't go in because there was a person out front who was scary and appeared to be high. Really great hotel We always stay here when in Huntsville. Staff are awesome. Room is clean. Beds are soft. Very attentive and calls the room shortly after check-in to make sure that we have everything we need. I requested extra pillows and a blanket. He gave me a huge bag with extras of those along with extra towels.
Comfortable
Paul the man who checked me in was super friendly and knowledgable. We also encountered one of the housekeeping staff and she was super friendly and helpful also. My only issue with this hotel is that it smelled like cigarette smoke in the room.
The staff was friendly and professional. My room was clean and it was very quiet. I requested for a late check out and they were able to accommedate me.
It was nice and the location was great too
Cleanliness I loved it but over the years the cleanliness outside needs to be upgraded. The parking lot and walk way needs to be pressure wash.
