Dirty sheets Made a last minute booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Arrived very late, given a room next to the freeway that was stuffy and appeared to have not been cleaned (in years). Bed sheets were stained, which I can over look, but the hair and apparent make up marks on the pillowcases was too much for me, Also, the room had a small kitchen area, which would have been a nice feature but the room smelled of food, and the refrigerator stank. Never going to bother with Extended Stay again.

Not bad I don’t like rooms that open to the outside, so that was a strike. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Your room was supposed to be non-smoking and they make you sign and agreement saying you want to smoke. I literally got to the room you can definitely tell that the smoker had been there. Not again 1st room i walked in the bed was not made, there was trash and drinks everywhere. The 2nd room the smoke detector was hanging by the cords out of the ceiling.
