Your agent got it wrong. I did not stay at your hotel. When I spoke to your agent and made the reservation, I made it clear to him that I would arrive in the wee hours that morning. I got to your hotel at 3:30 in the morning and everything was locked up tight. The sign on the door showed operating hours were from something like 9:00 a.m. -11:00 p.m., so I had to find other accommodations and cancel with your hotel.
