Bedbugs Had bedbug’s I informed them they said sorry bout that had take my stuff back To My truck final for them switch my room but was a hassle bcse my grandkids where sleeping didn’t give any for my inconvenience

Disappointed Their were burn holes on the floors and carpet was tore up some. The hallways smelled funny as well and two of the lights didn't work at all . Very disappointing for almost 100.00 I wouldn't even have stayed there but we needed something because our son was having surgery Tuesday morning

Do not stay here With no hot water for showers we were told to play with the handle and we’re not given another room

They canceled our reservation I was in class when I got an email saying that my reservation had been canceled. No reason. Most all the other hotels were full. The front desk person was just uncaring. They found a room with a double bed (my reservation was for 2 doubles), it was up on the 3rd floor and the elevator has been broken for a very long time apparently. My boyfriend and I have physical limitations, but it was the only room left. When we got up there, it was obvious that they hadn't changed the sheets. Needless to sa... read more
