The hotel could not fill our reservations and contacted Expedia 24 hours in advance and you did not call us until two hours before check in and said you would find us a room and NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!!

Dirty as hell, bugs were in the room, elevator door sounded like it was about to malfunction. Gross, and overpriced.

We booked through Expedia and expected that we would have a guaranteed room but upon arrival were told that the property was overbooked and had to find another location to stay for the night. Very inconvenient and dissapointed.

Outdated rooms....small beds...elevators dont work....no breakfast....definetly not worth the price..hiwever the staff was extremely friendly

This is supposed to be a NON smoking facility, yet my bathroom smelled like an ashtray from either the room next to or above me. I have asthma so between coughing my brains out, and the kids upstairs BARRELING back and forth, rest was out of the question.

It was roaches.. I had to switch rooms 3 times. And all night I heard mice chewing.

Not a good place, there were people fighting in the hallways, crack heads walking up to people asking for stuff in the lobby. Just dirty
