Day staff did little to satisfy requests for dishes or towels. We had to ask multiple times to get these items and then we had to pick them up at the front desk which no one ever mentioned. We only found this out when we had to ask for the second or third time.

Unpleasant Stay This was not a great stay for me. The smell in the lobby was not pleasant. It smelled like tobacco. We received a non smoking room, which still had the smell of tobacco traveling throughout the ventilation to our bathroom which then went to our room. The elevator did not work so we had to walk up and down 3 stories every time. It mentioned free breakfast but this was not your normal free breakfast. They called it grab and go. Coffee, a granola bar, oatmeal...

The guy at the front desk was nice but that’s about the only positive. The hotel is clearly pretty old and hasn’t been maintained or updated in a long time. It’s pretty clear there are people living here semi-permanently and there was loud music and shouting coming from multiple rooms well after 1am. Steer clear of not only this place but anything in the general Castleton area as it’s all gone WAY down hill the last few years and has become a rundown place.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had! Upon check-in, the desk clerk informed us that the hotel elevator is not working correctly. The elevator call button in the lobby was inoperable. You had to use the stairs to climb up to the next level, then enter the elevator and push the lobby button to send it down to the lobby! The toilet in our room was clogged. Called the front desk, they sent somebody else up to the room to HAND ME A PLUNGER TO CLEAR THE CLOG MYSELF!! No other rooms were available as they said they were completely... read more

No coffe maker in the room, Lobby to small, I guess that's, why they not even have avending machine, to buy water.

We will not stay at another one of these. Very run down and dirty
