Worse Never change the garbage back also no body cleans the room during 3 days staing there i clean by myself thas despoint also the air conditioning is extremely worse is humid and no cold while im paing for stading a6nd feel comfortable bad point during summer time when is to hot
Basic place to stay. Full kitchen was nice. It was very basic, newly remodeled and clean. Grab n go breakfast was coffee, tea and breakfast bars from costco., meh. All I needed was a place to sleep. It was fine. Nice and quiet. No pool and no other perks means no reason to bring kids, so it was quiet.
Wouldn't go back. This was the first below average hotel I've stayed in in a while. The front desk was so slow checking people in. I must have waited 20 minutes in line and there was only one other person in front of me. When we finally got to our room the door was unlocked so we immediately searched the room to make sure no one else was in there. We actually found a used towel in the bathroom hanging behind the bathroom door. Also, there were no linens in the room for the sofa bed. We had to go back to the front desk again ... read more
Not again Hotel room was dirty
Decent hotel close to freeways, stores and food. Overall it was a decent hotel. It could have been cleaner for being a newly renovated. There was no silverware, pot or pans to use the stove or oven. No bowels, plates or napkins. They had a pool that was in between another hotel but come to find out we had no access to use it since it was the other hotels pool. We did have a issue with our stay but the staff was very friendly and worked with us to make it right.
Friendly Good customer service, average hotel, housekeeping could have been lots better.
