The front desk staff is nice, however major pot holes at the entrance of the hotel, housekeeping not cleaning room properly. Hotel could use an update.

Below average hotel The hotel is easy to access in Northern Indianapolis. The hotel had its best days some time ago. Rooms are fitted with a kitchen and a sitting area. Breakfast-to-go is offered but is of little value. A Panera coffee house is available a few blocks away. Our room was not properly vacuumed (really dirty) which was fixed only after quite some time-comsuming complaining. The receptionist didn"t allow a call to the maneger/owner. The TV did not have a remote. They did not have a spare or a different room.
