I was very disappointed with the room and the smell of the entire hotel! I will not stay here again!

The TV did not have a remote. They did not have a spare or a different room.

Not what I expected Check in was hectic, the man working was filling in from another hotel, no other staff was there - including house keeping. I arrived around 3:30pm and was told our room wasn't ready - still had to be cleaned. (Which he had done for the guests before and after me from what I heard). When I got to our room, there were no towels, no kitchen items (dishes, utensils, pots/pans) which we had planned to use during the weekend, the room had an stale scent, and sheets were a little stained. okay for the night Front desk had not received request for no stairs, so we were moved to lower level with entrance by the dumpster. Sidewalk was uneven, and back door did not accept card key. Room was nice, but only one small trash can. no special amenities, but it was comfortable for just staying overnights. Had to have card key reactivated for second night. No breakfast, just a muffin.
The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean, but I think some updates would be good. The blanket was ripped, the sheets had stains, and overall it smelled a little yucky.
