Never again Our keys didnt work all night long!!!! I had a special needs child with me and as we were leaving at 6am the door gets shut with her inside and our key would not work and she was in there for a good 10mins because noone was at front desk!!!!

Dirty Room was dirty . Bed had dirty sheets on it. Couch had stains. No towels in bathroom. Pillow mismatch and dingy.

It’s a dump. Stained carpet, warn out bedding, small room, kitchen with no silverware, plates, or coffee machine. Three stories with no elevator.

I don't like being lied to.!!!!! This hotel was advertised with breakfast included. They had packets of dried oatmeal and coffee but no creamer. THIS IS NOT BREAKFAST. If you don't have it, that's fine, but DONT lie about it. We have stayed in Extend Stay's before and they were great. Will not stay in one ever again.

I was very disappointed. On Friday April 29th, i woke upvery sick and throew up and the lady at the front desk told me that i have to be the one to clean up everything. The bed cover and the bed sheets have all stains. I requested these to be replaced and the lady refused. I stayed in fir four nights and the room was not cleaned even one. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. A lot need to be done in this hotel. If not, i will not recommend it.

The hotel was not clean and the sink , was clog.. the water in the tub was dripping all night and it was clog also .. the extra mattress was in bad conditions. The carpet was not vacuumed and it look dirty. The Continental breakfast was a joke only one kind of muffins and the coffee was cold . The front desk person was sleeping in the front living room of the hotel . It was not a good hotel at all.

horrible I usually have nothing but positive things to say about my stays with the Extended Stay because they are extremely well kept then staff in all my past experiences at other locations were pleasant to deal with. This location however I was treated with anything but hospitality and hope the person that was working on 3/19/2022 receives some sort of training on professionalism and learn to be sensitive to the needs of paying guest.
