Rooms where clean some food left in fridge stains on towels and pillow cases room was dusty. Lady at front desk didn't let me and my fiance check in til 4.30 pm. Very rude sloppy . Thinks she can play with ppl. Debit cards. And lie about stealing people money is wrong plus an $100 deposit and my service dog $250 dep. And still never got to stay at your hotel had police remove us from hotel.. I want your corporate number now

They were overbooked, so we didn't have rooms for everyone and the rooms that we did get were not clean.

Beware, they charged a $100 deposit, not a hold but a charge to be refunded AFTER check out and AFTER they inspected the room. The check out clerk was not on site till after 7 a.m. so because we had to leave before 7 a.m. if there was any dispute we would be unable to contest it. There was also a cockroach in the kitchen cabinets

Felt unsafe. Room smelled like smoke. People loitering in the lobby. Damaged and run down vehicles in the parking lot.
