Worst experience ever Overall the stay was difficult and disappointing. We were in town for the Big Ten Championship, did all the procedures to check in after the time allowed and our key was still not available when we arrived. We were then told that there was no way to get said key due to the system being off for the evening. needless to say we went into panic mode calling all other hotels in the area only to find that they were all booked as we expected. No me gusto el servicio .despues de manejar 10 horas llegar al hotel y te digan que no hay cuartos aun teniendo la reserva es.frustante.
No room for me After driving a little over 4 hours, we get to the hotel to learn there is no rooms available. The guy outside was more informative then the guy at the desk. Still havent recieved my refund. The friendly guy outside told us to try the extended stay across the highway and they might have a room for us. I wont be spending my money with them anymore. I went down the highway and stayed at the holiday inn.
Hotels.com reserved a room BUT THE HOTEL WAS Overbooked & hotels.com DID NOTHING TO HELP FIND ANOTHER HOTEL
Property was locked overnight and our key could not let us in. We tried calling several times and no one would answer the machine. We were not told that the lobby and reception would be locked. We waited in our car for over 3 hours until an employee eventually let us in. That was terrible service on the hotel for not letting us know. We had a terrible experience and barely got any sleep. Please contact the hotel! We demand a a half refund!
NOT CLEAN I did not stay. The room was not clean. My feet stuck to the bathroom and kitchen area floors. The table was not wiped off. The leather chair was dusty and there were water mark rings on the kitchen sink and counter. I immediately went to the front desk to tell them I was not staying and for nothing I was charged $60.00
