The rooms were filthy the sheets had yellow stains on them I will never stay at the hotel
You never get what you pay for! Everytime I stay at an extended stay in Indianapolis, I never get the room I booked. I always book a king suite or room with two queen beds and never get it. This is the 4th time I've had this problem. I always end up with a not so clean room with one full/queen bed instead of what I paid for. I never once have gotten a discounted rate or credit back to my card for any of these FOUR separate incidents.
No elevator to access 3rd floor room; stranger (without a mask) banging at my door on 2 different occasions during the night for periods of 10 minutes at a time
Place was clean but smelled of pee and smoke. Toilet did not work properly.
Dirty hotel.
