Double charged and no one is helping Stay was short but fine but the hotel double charged me and they are saying the didnt even with proof and Hotels.com won't help either.

This hotel was just older and did not appear to be up to modern-day standards. The free breakfast was a let down, the rooms themselves were not current with technology and overall the hotel game off an uncomfortable vibe. There was also no outdoor light-up sign indicating the hotel name or anything.

Cancelled my $107 reservation the day I was to arrive so they could rebook at $200 stayed next door at home 2 suites called extend stay was told yes they have rooms but for the higher rate. Never will get my business. Expedia was great in helping

There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom, crawling all over the counter and fixtures.

Renovation........ The shower and the bathroom area seem like it was getting renovated. I come here often and this is the first time I can say I was not happy

Not customer friendly at all Property is old and dated. Asked for a room by the door and was so far away from one the way the building is set up. You have to request dishes to use or cook with after you rent a room with a kitchen . Was disturbed 5 times by housekeeping after requesting a late check out
