Lobby entrance appears to be a service door at first. Way too small. Lobby overall was tiny. For a hotel that was supposedly remodeled in March 2017 the room was in terrible condition with the shower faucet mounted at an angle or bent. Water leaking from the tub bubbling the paint on the wall. Surprisingly, there was no coffee maker in the room. The property is very close to The Pyramids and lot of food choices. Staff is nonchalant in interaction. Property is old and seriously needs updating. Linens are old. On the whole recommended only if you cannot find any property at last minute.

I was pleased with the price of the room, but disappointed with the experience. This property is located off Michigan and not within walking distance of shopping or restaurants. The room itself was spacious and had a reasonable sized kitchen, but reeked of cigarette smoke. I would not have been comfortable staying here by myself.

Booked well in advance, called hotel week after booking asked if they had elevator because i am handicapped. Gentleman said yes. However they had no elevator. I am still recovering from going up and down stairs. Very disappointed!

Reserved 2 double beds - got one - all springs with my bad back ( 6 back operations. No sleep considering long trip from Detroit for the INDY 500.

Although a smoke free facility could smell pot smoke in the hallway. The continental breakfast was muffins and granola bars. No elevator to get to the 3rd floor. Will NOT recommend any one stay there!!!

Multiple problems I'm halfway through my 3 night stay, and I regret choosing this hotel. 1. Very weak free wi-fi. It tested less than 1 mb/s on fast.com! Normal wi-fi costs extra. This policy is a quick way to irritate the guests. Nowadays, reliable wi-fi is a standard utility. It should be treated like water and electricity. Also, connecting to the free service is not made easy. Very temperamental process. 2. Outdoor key card locks do not work.
