Would not come back This place smells cigarette smoke throughout the entire halls, no matter which floor. It seems to be poorly managed. When I opened the given room, it was shocking to see the room hadn't been cleaned at all, with every trace of the previous guest. Bring your own shampoo, hairdryer, lotion, as none will be provided.

Not the best Very disappointing, the tub was dirty tub full of hair. No remote control for tv and room had a bad odor. Towel had a hole.

This hotel was in total disrepair. It LOOKED clean but smelled of smoke. Bathroom was very clean as was the kitchen. The rest of the room (suite) was disguisting. The door looks were broken on the outside of the building, thus the door had to be propped open so we could get out and back in. Front desk person did everything she could to help, including giving us a comforter to cover the hide-a-bed. Beds wer very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed. Not up to Extended Stay standards Close to our destination, but lacking in quality. We asked for extra pillows (only 2 on the bed and 2 people in the room) and they found 1 extra pillow. The room was not overly clean, the coffee maker still had grounds in it from the previous guest. There was one packet of regular coffee, no decaf packets and no sugar, cream packets. I did like the frig. and the microwave and dishes were a nice feature - had we been staying longer.

WORST HOTEL EVER THIS PLACE HAD NON-FUNTIONAL ROOMS. THEY TRIED TO PUT ME IN 2 DIFFERENT ROOMS WITH NON-FUCTIONAL TOILETS. THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO OTHER ROOM AVAILABLE. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. IT FELT LIKE SLEEPING IN A DUMPSTER.

Extended stay is not a hotel The hallways were musty. The bedroom didn't have adequate towels, no soap, light bulbs out, windows dirty. Doors leading to outside left open. Awful!

ESA NW College Park - Don't go There! It was horrible. No elevator, parking lot was dark, I could smell cigarettes right away. I was assured that while I was on the 2nd floor and smoking was limited to the third floor, I got to my room and the smoke smell was so horrible, there was no way I could stay there. Don't go there unless you seriously want to save money and don't care where you stay.

Extended Stay America Indianapolis - Northwest-Col I got stuck at work in winter snow storm and went online to find a close place to stay, I was expecting a little nicer place, staff were very kind and helpful, but place was very plain, smelled like old stale cigarette smoke and worse out in the hallways, very old small 19 inch TV, barking dogs in the adjacent room
