Horrible We had no house keeping come to our room until we were about to leave so we had no clean towels or new trash bags. The shower did not work right it had water coming out of the shower head and faucet. Lastly i asked the desk manager what time check out was and he simply said what time do you want it to be. I told him i would like it to be atleast noon because my husband was in the military and he did not get out until 4 o clock, so he told me, well you have a $7 charge because you called long distance so i will waive... read more

Not recommended I had stayed in Extended stay hotels many times, but this was not even close to the standards that other hotels have.

This place should be condemed This place was gross, filthy, and generally disgusting. Better off to stay in a cardboard box under the highway overpass. Won't get into all the details, but do avoid this hotel at all costs.

Keep looking When I arrived, the clerk was listening to loud music on his computer. He told me the room had several lights that did not work but it was all they had left. There was no shampoo in the room. It was dirty, smelled of smoke. Found dirty baby underwear in pullout bed. No cleaning service or fresh towels after first of two night stay. No remote for the TV - had to call to get a remote. No soda machine on premises. Hair in tub from prior guest. Trash cans still had garbage in them from prior guest. Towels smelled li... read more

STAY AWAY!!! This place is a COMPLETE DIVE!!! Some people may call it antiquated. Some may call it "matured." No matter how you look at it, this place is run down and has a very bad odor. We stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting to check in before the clerk showed up. That should have been our warning sign to turn around and walk out. The room was poorly lit. Absolutely Horrible You get what you pay for. We arrivede late. Office closed. Some young man trying to score a date was using house phone and looked at me like what was I doing there bothering him. Another guy was sitting in customer lounge, feet up, eating dinner, watching tv like he owned the place. I doubt either were guests. Put us in a room that was under repair and not supposed to be occupied. Young lady was kind of nice, but it felt like we were in the way. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this property to anyone.
