My stay There was a fight going on all night among guest and staff didnt call the police until hours later after waking up nearly the whole floor. I didn't feel that safe with just my daughter and I traveling so I stayed up until I checked out at 7ish in the morning. I mentioed all that to the morning check out person and she just said, yeah I heard about that. So I wou ldnt recomnend this place.

Don't stay here Had to stay Indy for work thought this place would good to try man was I wrong. The place was dirty and in disrepair. Upon entering my room I wanted to leave. The carpet was filthy and stained as was the furniture. It was so gross the final straw was the roaches after seeing one crawling up the wall I immediately called canceled the rest of my stay got my stuff and went to a different hotel. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

Not Worth the Good Rate The hotel staff is very professional, gracious and accommodating. The room was not as impressive. There was an odd odor within the hotel, predominately in our room. The bath tub floor had deep, dark staining that gave the appearance of uncleanliness. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks where bacteria surely collects. GROSS! DO NTO STAY HERE Worst motel I've ever stayed in. Entire place permeated with cigarette smoke. Woke up with asthma attack because of it. Room (311) outdated, poorly maintained and in disrepair. Wallpaper old, gross, stained, peeling. Carpet dirty, cigarette burns, curling up from walls, dust and filth along walls. AC vents filthy-didnt even use. Ashes in window sill. Cigarette burns on comforter-didnt use. Bought a blanket at walmart. Hair on the floor and toilet in bathroom. Will not stay here again.

2AM check-in SURPRISE! I was given an UN-CLEANED FILTHY ROOM, which was the last room available in the hotel, until a 2:30AM call by the night manager to the manager let me stay in a room under renovation, after all close-by hotels were found to be full also. The night manager WAS very helpful, however. It was not until checking out that I was told that your policy is to only make the bed, or change sheets and towels after the 7th day of a stay! such information should be told upon check-in, if you have to have this disgusti... read more

Horrible! If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. Horrible smoke smell (and, oh yes, it was supposedly a 100% smoke-free environment), more stains on the carpet than not, days old food in the sink, dirty bathroom, bottom of the door chewed up, etc. I would have slept better in my car. So I left and found a new hotel, and wow, did I ever sleep good. I would never go back to this place!

Friendly Staff The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was in serious need of some TLC. The couch in the room was VERY dirty. We didn't even sit on it because it was so gross. The shower was very dirty as well. The toilet was broken as well as the shower, it took two days to get it fixed and the shower was never fully fixed. Breakfast is only served until 9:30 am which is kinda early since most places serve until 10 am or 10:30. We never got to eat the breakfast due to not wanting to get up super early on our vacation. ... read more
