the most disgusting hotel ive ever staye They had no room available for my correct check in time. The housekeeping staff looks like they were just relesed from prison very rude and loud cursing in hallways, she got a attitude because I asked for a ashtray. I stayed for 4 days and never recieved any service any clean towels. I was locked out of the room one day before my checkout, and there was blood on the comforter, dishes were dirty . I would have rathered stayed at a dOLLAR iNN FOR CHEAPER AND A LITTLE cleaner environment

Not if it was the last hotel on Earth..... If they had a 0 rating, they would get it. Don't even think about staying here. Checked in and was given a non-smoking room on the ground level. Room was dirty, stunk of smoke, had 5 good channels on the TV (Zenith, circa 1980), no remote, a dirty frig and what appeared to be a blood stain on the floor outside my door. Avoid this at all costs. Filthy! In the room - - - Dirty carpet, chewing gum stuck on bathroom floor, NO towels or wash cloths & vanity doors were filthy. During my stay (5 nights), no trash removal, trash was piled at the end of the hallway, no maid service - therefore, no towels or clean sheets. I had to go ask the front desk for towels everyday. On 9-4-10 between 6am & 10:30pm someone entered my room & used the toilet & didn't flush it. OMG This is a horrible place!

Extended Stay America Indianapolis When I first arrived, I could not check in because the clerk was nowhere to be found and no one would answer the phone. I came back half an hour later and the clerk was watching TV in the lobby and asked if I was sure I was at the right hotel. I finally got checked in and had to walk down the main hall that smelled strongly of dirt and smoke and had soiled carpets. Don't waste your money, time, or sensibilities. I travel regularly (8-10 days/mo). This motel was one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. It was filthy, the staff was apathetic, and it stunk. The kitchen was moldy and had rotting cabinets, and the beds were hard and dirty. I do not recommend this hotel to even the most frugal traveler.

Don't bother I have stayed at other ESA locations in Indianapolis so I assumed I'd have a similar experience. Got off to a bad start when I was unable to check in upon arrival. This never happens. Coffee maker was not cleaned out from previous guest. There was growing mold on an old filter. Since no dishwashing liquid had to use shampoo. All for nothing since the pot didn't work anyway. Supposed to get a non-smoking room. Didn't make any difference because smoke kept coming under the door and through the vents. Tub didn't dr... read more

Needs serious improvement While the room itself was clean, we had several issues with our stay. 1. The shower didn't work properly and most of the water spilled from the faucet so it was pretty impossible to get a shower even though there was plenty of hot water. 2. The bed was harder than a rock and neither myself nor my daughter could get comfortable enough to sleep well. 3.
