Excellent stay I am moving to the Jackson area and needed a place to stay until my family joined me in our new house. My stay was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful to me and even helped with an important package I had sent to my room during my stay. They were always very pleasant, greeting me when I left in the morning and arrived home in the evening. The rooms were also very clean.

5 stars I always stay here when in Jackson, and it is always clean, quiet, & comfortable! They never let us down. The only problem is that there is no elevator, only stairs.

Decent hotel at a reasonable price The staff were extremely polite and helpful when I asked them questions regarding the city. I also received a free upgrade as the hotel had run out of rooms that I had initially booked, which was an unexpected bonus. I had no issues checking in a little late, and the check out process was extremely smooth as well.
