Grandson's Graduation we did not encounter any problems. Breakfast was so limited I would not call it a breakfast. Hot coffee was nice.

My story The only thing I don't like is that this hotel does not have Elevators And that is can a difficult for someone who has a disability The hotel staff was very friendly very courteous my room just didn't have to go to air condition working at the time

Chambre spacieuse Chambre spacieuse avec coin cuisine. Points négatifs pas de sèche cheveux, wifi ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû aller à la réception demander du papier wc.

The stay was wonderful , good location, since I use a walking cane lack of an elevator for the 2nd floor was a minus.

For only one night everything was what I expected it to be.. very clean and felt like a home away from home!!

Stay was great. Air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was wet below it. The lady on duty was responsive and offered to move me to another room. This was a great value, will stay again next time in Jackson!
