extended stay away pool was down. the original room was trashed. literally trash all over. gave us a different room with dirty sheets, broken phone, no wifi

Great location, it’s near plenty of restaurants. The staff have poor customer service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Had hair in the tub and sink. Trash was left on the floor and room smelled of smoke. Stayed there for two nights and house keeping didn’t come around to clean or bring fresh towels not bedding.

The room had trash underneath the bed, I had to go to the desk and ask for more toilet paper because there was barely any upon checkin. The shower was difficult to operate. The staff was friendly and welcoming
