HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! My stay was HORRIBLE! I stayed here last year and it wasn’t bad, not great but wasn’t bad. I felt it could’ve been better but not as bad as this stay. I felt violated because they came in my room when I wasn’t in there because they accused me of smoking. They accused me, not once, but twice. Then I felt like they purposely waited until I left that morning to go through my room. I was gone the whole day and the GM called with the biggest attitude and was very short. Return visit Staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort. This was our second stay.

Terrible Customer Service The front desk representative was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked for clean towels she told me I can go to my room, get the dirty towels and bring them down. When I asked for clean bed linen, she told me that I’ll have to take the linen off myself, bring it down, get new linen and then make up my own bed. When I asked more questions about the policies, she raised her voice, slammed a card on the front desk and told me if I didn’t like then I can call in the morning. Safety and cleanliness Enjoyable stay while on business. Perfectly sized with all of the necessities. Super comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The external perimeter of the building was well lit and the location was close to fantastic dining. A grab and go breakfast is included, oatmeal & bananas basically. All in all was a great trip!

Less than expected The location was very convenient in Ridgeland. The hotel can use some serious upgrades. There wasn't any amenities to speak of. Even the grab and go breakfast was a couple packs of oatmeal in a brown bag. There weren't any utensils in the room despite there being a kitchen. Supposedly there were supposed to be utensils and glasses in the room. The room was comparitively clean except for the pull out sofa bed's mattress was filthy and stained. Noise The doors outside slammed shut a number of times and for some reason the people in the room above ours were thumping about.
