Highly disappointed in my stay My family and I checked into hotel, the first room we was given the pullout mattress was dirty and full of stains. The front desk person moved us to another room, there was no phone jack in the phone and we had to repeatedly ask for extra towels.

I will never stay here again. I reserved my room three weeks in advance at one price but when I checked in the total was $30 extra. House keeping isn't included so you have to pay extra for that. We have to ask for tissue because none was in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was rude. We had to ask for blankets and pillows for the pullout bed.

Family Time It was fine overall. Room seemed a little small until I took into consideration the kitchen area. I liked the chairs in the room. They were comfortable and serviceable. Bed was comfortable as well.
