The area was quite convenient for my work in Ridgeland. The hotel is literally around the corner from several restaurants, mall, and walmart. The hotel renovations are excellent. Both the room and bathroom were extremely nice. The television reception was poor with no HD channels. As with most extended stays you will have a variety of visitors. Take the photos of your pool off of the website. The pool was dirty and in non-working condition and it was a let down.

Close to town I was very disappointed due to roaches in the kitchen and very nasty stains on the pull out bed

Extended Stay was okay, not very attractive but functional, was dark and rather dreary however did seem to be reasonably clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient but not outgoing.

Great location but very noisy The hotel is easy to get to and right off the interstate. The grounds are nice and the facility is clean. The only downside is the pool is very small and the rooms are super noisy. It reminded me of being back in a college dorm room. So just take that into account. You can feel doors shut when people leave the rooms, and you don't have to listen very hard to hear the people next door.
