Service is great but the establishment needs work. Customer service was very good. The staff was very attentive. I booked the room for a friend. Upon arrival however there was a foul odor that only became worse as you attempted to make it to your room. The hotel itself looks very dated compared to the local competitors. Check out is very simple.

The staff was pretty friendly. The rooms need to be updated. Cabinets and furniture looked worn and scratched up. I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. That is standard in most hotels now, let alone an extended stay. Very skimpy on the toiletries. One small shampoo and one small bar of soap. No conditioner or body lotion in the room.
