Really good for the price I'm impress by the hotel. My experience was good, recently renovated room, clean, organized, everything was excellent. Is located in a clam and quiet area, kinda close to some restaurants, like 5 min driving distance. Totally recommended. And it's pet friendly!

Hotel.com poor and unprofessional service Hotels. Com first of all is BS they booked me at a place where rooms were not available and I had t check into another place until my room was available only to find that room wasn't cleaned or ready and had to wait until 5:30 pm that afternoon the was delayed by fire alarm and had to wait for fire truck to show up to shut off alarm before finally being able to enter my so called reserved room. I will never use hotel.com again to deserve nor will I ever go to extended stay.

Poor hotel The shower had mold, the towels were frayed looked like rags, the breakfast was terrible,nothing on it but a few bfk bars and apples, parking lot had no lights for the night and it was not very accessible for the main road.

Will Never Stay Here Again From the time I checked in, till the time I left, I was unhappy with this hotel. The staff at the front desk are totally unprofessional. They were too busy training each other, rather than communicating with me. I was overcharged, then I had to go through hoops to get the charges corrected. Also, even though I was placed in a non-smoking room, the hallway smelled like a cigarette factory! I will never stay at this hotel again, which is a disappointment because the area is great. Bad Experience Upon arrival I to waited 15 minutes before gettting my room. I initially called to request an early arrival,was told a manger would call me back to confirm, that never happened.Upon entering the room I thought someone was playing a joke.The room smelt like Urine, it was hot and the bathroom ceiling had mold.Something bit my face cheek!!! No Towels? Only one towel available for two guests. Was told they had no clean towels at 5:00 pm. So we shared one towel after showering. The tub/shower was not clean...hair and mold that I, myself could wipe off the caulk. Disappointed! No one ever offertory bring a second towel after we were told they were in the laundry. There was no problem collecting full price for this room that didn't offer basic amenities...towels and cleanliness. We won't be returnin and will pass on our dissatisfaction with your hotels.

things we had to do Great experience everyone was great friendly polite didn't have a problem. The hotel was where we needed to be close to the Mayo Clinic not to expensive that we couldn't afford it since we were coming from out of town. We would stay there again.
