Easy to find, quiet area, no issues with staff or room. No hot water last morning

Bring your own breakfast I stayed in rm 212 and was not happy about it,the room smells dog specially in the bathroon area.The "continental" breakfast was just muffin,protein bar and coffee.

Very Plesant I was up in Jacksonville,FL for bussiness. The hotel location was perfect , very close to all types of food vendors that we don't have down in south Florida. And the location of the hotel was only 8mins away from my bussiness location. And I couldn't argue with the price either. Will stay again.

Great for short trips If you are looking for hotels in Jacksonville just for a short stay, this is perfect. The hotel, the rooms and the outside property are clean. A mile away is a mall area with a lot of food possibilities like Wendy's, McDonald's and more. It will take you around 1 hour by public bus to get to Downtown Jacksonville. That's why I would recommend this hotel only to persons, who are looking to stay in the Jacksonville area just for a few days. Will not stay here again The employees were kind and very helpful... but the room condition was awful. The room smelled really bad, including the bed. The pillows were awful. The fridge and a/c unit were extremely noisy. I had to stay only for 1 night but it was dreadful. The room needs a deep cleaning effort to control odors... and trust me, I am not that picky.
Horrible location and odor when you enter Gave me a dirty room and replace the room. When I return to my room the contents that I had in the room were stolen and they had given my room away. You would think that if you leave your room and come back that the contents and your key would work especially when you leave a do not disturb sign on the door .
Nice Hotel...Close to Butler Blvd., 295 and 95. Everything was great! Would have liked to seen a more variety of bars and oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. I forgot toothpaste and the front desk had NONE! But overall I liked this place and will definitely come back to stay!

Poor hotel Roaches in our room. Nothing in the kitchen. Continental breakfast is small muffin in a bag. Don't waste your money.
