The hotel was revolting. The entire hotel smelled so bad of smoke. Tried to get staff to answer the phone before I was going to call the fire department. The sheets were dirty and the bathtub had dirt in it. The manager came to the room to pick up garbage & food under the bed. Electrical panel open in toom

Look for someplace else! The room had nothing that you would expect from an extended stay, like utensils, or plates, or.....glasses. Also, someone in an adjacent room filled the hallways and surrounding rooms with cigarette smoke. There was no way to get away from it.

Nice place, decent price The hotel is surrounded by offices so it is not loud and populated at night, but close to restaurants and shopping if you need. The staff provided everything needed at the desk, so ask for extra towels, dishes, toilet paper and they will happily give it to you. The only issue I had in the room was seeing a few microscopic ants around the burners and the sink. Easy enough to not leave food in the area, but they were in other rooms as well. Survived Hurricane Matthew here The riom was clean and quiet. Exceptional customer service from front desk staff. Overall very pleasant "apartment" when tou can't be home

Even though I was very grateful to have a place to stay during the recent hurricane, I was disappointed at the condition of the room. The room had not been cleaned, had one roll of toilet paper, the carpet was infested with fleas and ants. Both my pet and I are now covered with ant bites, and he will have to go to the vet for the fleas. I had to keep stopping at the front desk to ask for linens, towels and basic necessities. Serviceable The walls are very thin. Since it is for extended stays, there are families living there. You can hear conversations/music in the parking lot, across the hallways and in adjoining rooms. The breakfast is a "grab and go" of coffee, granola bars and prewrapped muffins. That's it.

I missed my son's football game due to lack of towels. I went to the front desk to ask for some towels and the lady told me that she didn't have any. I asked her what did she mean that she didn't have any. She said that the hotel ran out of clean towels. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and she said she was the supervisor. I asked for the corporate number and she told me that I was doing her a favor because corporate will not give them money for towels. Hidden away.. Quiet is the only plus Also included a 100 dollar deposit I was never made aware until the time of check in. I was in a wedding and was on a time crunch. It just caused an unneeded stress when they could have easily emailed. Me their own policies when i booked the hotel for Clarification. The room. Was pretty beat up and all the linen was extremely wrinkled.who woulda thought at the end of the day I'd have to pay the same amount at the extended stay...
