Nice Hotel...Close to Butler Blvd., 295 and 95. Everything was great! Would have liked to seen a more variety of bars and oatmeal and coffee for breakfast. I forgot toothpaste and the front desk had NONE! But overall I liked this place and will definitely come back to stay!

Nice place, decent price The hotel is surrounded by offices so it is not loud and populated at night, but close to restaurants and shopping if you need. The staff provided everything needed at the desk, so ask for extra towels, dishes, toilet paper and they will happily give it to you. The only issue I had in the room was seeing a few microscopic ants around the burners and the sink. Easy enough to not leave food in the area, but they were in other rooms as well. Survived Hurricane Matthew here The riom was clean and quiet. Exceptional customer service from front desk staff. Overall very pleasant "apartment" when tou can't be home
Decent and quiet away from Interestate Need a bit more staff...... and please improve your breakfast options
Will not stay here again The employees were kind and very helpful... but the room condition was awful. The room smelled really bad, including the bed. The pillows were awful. The fridge and a/c unit were extremely noisy. I had to stay only for 1 night but it was dreadful. The room needs a deep cleaning effort to control odors... and trust me, I am not that picky.
I missed my son's football game due to lack of towels. I went to the front desk to ask for some towels and the lady told me that she didn't have any. I asked her what did she mean that she didn't have any. She said that the hotel ran out of clean towels. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and she said she was the supervisor. I asked for the corporate number and she told me that I was doing her a favor because corporate will not give them money for towels.
