close to friend's place Everything was good. But few things are not satisfactory was the towels are too old. Not clean the dust off. Frame of bed where I hit and hurt from. Missed the breakfast hour. Hope everything goes solved the problem asap. Thank you.

Friendly staff! We booked a hotel in the ghetto and had to quickly change hotels upon arrival. We were able to get in here and it was such an upgrade! Amanda, at the front desk, was patient with us and was very friendly. She made sure everything was in tip top shape for us. I liked the fact that after 10 you had to have your key to get back in the building. The room was spacious and if we had needed to stay longer, we would have loved the kitchen. Highly recommended.

above average Was on short notice, and for the price on a friday night, no complaints at all. The only issue I have was that the furniture was way old, and the sofa was stained. Beyond that....no issue at all

The staff was super sweet and helpful. I was there for a family emergency and hadn't even packed an overnight bag and they were great in providing suggestions for getting everything I needed.

Location good, hotel in need of rennovation We booked this room since it was moderately priced and in a good location. Once we got there the front desk staff was excellent, very polite and friendly. Then we got to our room. We were afraid to take our shoes off since the carpet was so filthy. We left our room for a couple hours only to return to it filled with ants. Definitely an extended stay hotel Rooms seemed clean, and staff was prompt and courteous. You can tell that most people staying here are not up on picking up after themselves.

decent hotel The hotel was pretty nice and fairly clean but staff was rather lazy as we got in late and needed a room and the night shift attendant did not want to help us and told us that rooms were booked, if it wasnt for hotels.com we wouldnt have got a room for the night.

Good compromise between beaches & Jacksonville Hotel was in a good location and staff seemed eager to help. Colton had one of the best combovers I've seen on a 20 year old guy...Impressive! The initial room I was given did not have any kitchen supplies, working air conditioning and hardly any water pressure in the shower. The staff moved me to a different room where there were kitchen supplies, the air conditioning worked great but the shower had excessive water pressure that was not adjustable.
