Just okay for a low/medium price Room was non smoking, but hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. I was able to get an early check in, which was helpful. Room had kitchenette, but nothing to drink from, not even 1 drinking glass. Kind of defeats the purpose of the kitchenette. Was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. Complimentary breakfast was only coffee, tea, hot water and pre-packaged muffins and packs of oatmeal.

Not too shabby It was kinda noisy at night, but the front desk lady made us aware that there was some sort of concert going on in the area so people would be in and out. Overall, pretty nice hotel. I would recommend it
Everything good except for the 30 dollars fee for checking in before 3pm.

Last minute reservation The room was large, but when I checked in they did not tell me the water was shut off, for the shower, toilet and sink in the bathroom. That suck
better than expected Room was clean. Accidentally booked a smoking room but was pleasantly surprised that the smell wasn't over bearing. Very convienent location between the beach and downtown. Beds were a little to firm for my liking but not enough for a bad review. I would recommend this room. We have stayed in Jacksonville south on previous occasions and this room was heads above the others we've experienced. We will be back in may for welcome to rockville
Lots of updates Lots of remodeling was taking place during our visit. That's a good thing. the only down side I could think of was that they have non-smoking rooms beside smoking rooms and the hallways smelled like an old bar. All smoking rooms should be on one floor and not mixed with non-smoking rooms.
