Last minute reservation The room was large, but when I checked in they did not tell me the water was shut off, for the shower, toilet and sink in the bathroom. That suck
better than expected Room was clean. Accidentally booked a smoking room but was pleasantly surprised that the smell wasn't over bearing. Very convienent location between the beach and downtown. Beds were a little to firm for my liking but not enough for a bad review. I would recommend this room. We have stayed in Jacksonville south on previous occasions and this room was heads above the others we've experienced. We will be back in may for welcome to rockville
Lots of updates Lots of remodeling was taking place during our visit. That's a good thing. the only down side I could think of was that they have non-smoking rooms beside smoking rooms and the hallways smelled like an old bar. All smoking rooms should be on one floor and not mixed with non-smoking rooms.

close to friend's place Everything was good. But few things are not satisfactory was the towels are too old. Not clean the dust off. Frame of bed where I hit and hurt from. Missed the breakfast hour. Hope everything goes solved the problem asap. Thank you.

Friendly staff! We booked a hotel in the ghetto and had to quickly change hotels upon arrival. We were able to get in here and it was such an upgrade! Amanda, at the front desk, was patient with us and was very friendly. She made sure everything was in tip top shape for us. I liked the fact that after 10 you had to have your key to get back in the building. The room was spacious and if we had needed to stay longer, we would have loved the kitchen. Highly recommended.
