Overall, this hotel met our needs nicely with one exception. One of the two hotel guests in my party has severe back problems that make sleeping in a laying down postition extremely uncomfortable. She prefers to sleep in a reclining chair. The fact that this hotel has such chairs is the sole reason we chose it. But the recliner did not work well. Comfy stay My only complaint with this hotel is that I could tell that the sofa was either worn or unclean but I didn't need to sit there because there is the bed, a recliner, and chairs at the breakfast table. I don't like the printed bed covers because you can't see stained or how clean something is, so I do wish they would go to all white. The service desk was friendly and though it is back within an office area it is still very close to shopping, fast food and dine-in eating.

Service Techs I made this reservation for my service techs to stay in Jacksonville for a program we had going on and this Hotel was really good. They told me they were very satisfied.

Experience At Hotel The hotel needs to be painted on the outside and upgraded on the inside especially replacing the curtains with blinds in all rooms. The hotel should also have working ice machines and not rely on ice trays from the studio rooms. Other than that the rooms were ok but not superb.
