Mi’Lissa at the front desk was very rude when checking me in. I’ve been staying at this location for a while now and I have never had any issues with checking in or booking using a third party website. Everyone has always been incredibly nice. She proceeded to tell me it was policy and that she’s been with the company for 4 years etc. Which good for her, but her attitude was uncalled for when I was incredibly nice to her. Was such a good value I thought they had made a mistake! My room had a full kitchen and breakfast was included! Nice and clean. I definitely will book here again!
