GOT hot water I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The rooms are comfortable enough except the hot water. I found if you shower early in the morning you get a hot shower. In the evenings the water is warm. I would not bring my family to this hotel. It is near a major construction project. In addition to the construction workers this location has attracted an unsavory group of enterprising individuals that Co e and go all hours and meet up with cars passing through the parking lot. Was down for the Georgia/Florida game Great people and a nice room for a weekend get away at a good price. Clean and in a great location. My only problem was it needed a better looking free breakfast but other than that great place

Jacksonville has too many Jacksons This part of Jacksonville is a dump. This hotel was tied for the best on that street, but it still smelled bad. It was as clean as they could make it, just a trashy part of town. Lenoir street has about eight hotels on it of all the well known names. About one to two miles away there's another enclave of the same hotels except less dumpy so probably a lot more expensive.

Great location, wonderful stay. Staff was awesome. Checkin and checkout process was fast. Hotel and rooms very clean and most importantly everything worked well.

horrible stay Hotel service was horrible as fast as housekerping. And staff desk were wonderful especially upon entering the hotel. She was very nice and understandable.
