Absolutely terrible experience with no hot water, missing pillows, dangerously dirty, particles floating in the air, electrical panel in my room wide open and AC not working properly it should be illegal to rent this room I will be calling code enforcement

Reviews are misleading I came here on a business trip. The facility is situated in a good location, however, my experience was terrible. I wanted to leave after the first night. My key did not work the entire duration of my stay and it was difficult finding anyone to help me. I came back to the facility to find my door wide open on a few occasions and no worker in sight. My belongings could have gotten stolen and/or my safety jeopardized. I called the help line and they did not answer. I do not recommend this place.

Never again! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The lobby door was locked and required a room key to access the lobby which is where you have to go to get your room key. An employee opened the door for us and then left with no help checking in. 20 minutes later the front desk clerk showed up and checked us in. The room was terrible. It smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet. Tried to open the windows to help air it out but they were broken. The bathroom was nasty!
