More like a Motel 6 .... furniture conditions terribly worn or broken. No lobby restrooms available even for customers staying in the hotel. So bad, we didn’t feel comfortable staying. We left that same night for a Marriott around the corner.

It took us more than one hour to check in. Lawrence did not know what he was doing. I had called hours before my arrival, he told me they’ll check me in and I specifically said I will be arriving in late. So I would like to let you know so you can put a note on there in the system. I called about 6 times and it kept sending me to the call center because no one was at the front desk. Waste of Money. First off, there was a advertised price online but when you got there, they said it's was no longer available, but I showed them the price on my phone, which was current, and they still refused to honor it. The hotel appeared to be falling apart. My room was in poor condition, everything looked old. Every towel in the wash room had someone's hair stuck to it. I'm not sure how long they've been recycling the hotel towels. I hate staying at Motels, so this is why I normally look for hotel's when I'm on the road... read more

Very very dirty. The extended stay included people who seem to be living in that hotel. I will NOT go back to that place.

There were bugs in the bed. No utensils in the kitchen. The appliances were old and run down.

Cleanliness and checkin process excellent. Front desk staff and cleaning ladies very sweet and they go above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. But the tenants above let their kids play what sounds like soccer all day from 6am to midnight. After looking over it and loosing sleep for a while I notified the front desk.
