When I checked it the attended was very pleasant I didn’t visit the room until I got off work that evening if was after 2am so I didn’t even bother letting front desk know the bed was dirty af and there was trash in the corner near the bed the card in the bed said Yolanda cleaned the room but that sh.t clearly wasn’t clean! Oh and I went to take a shower but the fukn tub stopped up! This was my second time staying and this time was way worst then last time!

poor service, filthy rooms, put into a room with another patron by accident, crickets in bathtub of new room. Would never stay here again

Sink was clogged, heater did not work, phone did not work. Keys did not work after my return from afternoon appointment. As a frequent Mayo patient, I require all those amenities. Waited almost an hour for the service man to address issues. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not pleased with stay however body was extremely week had no other choice but to stay.

I called the front desk 3 times to ask for a wake up call and they never answered. The bathroom was so tiny you could hardly turn around in it. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. For amenities there was only one shampoo and nothing else. For breakfast there was one muffin available and some packets of oatmeal which needed hot water. The water was not hot enough to prepare the oat meal. So the advertised breakfast was practically non-existent. For the rate we paid, ($130) we were extremely unhappy.

This property's staff is a msjor part of the issue. It felt like I was in a low-income housing project.

The elevator has a stench, the staff has too much personal involvement. The studio's cooking ammenities arw exceptional. My Organic Salmon Vegetable Rice cooked flawlessly.
