room carpet dirty, why do I have to ask for clean towel,dishes. NO ice avail. on arrival and no ice machines. people smoking outside the doors
They did not reserve room for me even though it said confirmed in expedia site.
We made a reservation to stay here for a few nights, in advance. By the time we reached the hotel they were "unable" to honor the specific reservation that we had selected and informed us that we would either need to have a different room or go to another location for service. Thankfully we were able to located a different brand with better quality and awesome customer service.
I was told when I arrived, that they didn’t have a room for me . The attendant didn’t even look up my booking . I slept in my car . I want my money back
