WORSE EXTENDED STA Y IN AMERICA IT SUCKED NEED NEW MANAGEMENT, ALOT OF CHANGES STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO CLEAN
Unclean I will never stay here again. Just wanted a night getaway. There was a smell in the hallway that turned your stomach as soon as you get off the elevator, I was given two rooms that were not clean, the attendant that had just gotten on shift was kind enough to go up to checj the third room before he assigned me that room.
This place is unsanitary Although I had a non-smoking room in the non-smoking section, the hallways & stairway was filled with cigarette or cigar smoke. The carpets were filthy, most likely ash. Stay away if you care about your health.
One roach to many!!!! Roaches....ick staff was great and bed comfy but I don't like bugs in my room when I pay to stay a night out.
Im not recommend this hotel, too small beds, the noise and the bathrooms duty
False Advertising - Your Hotel is noted as "NONE SMOKING" yet the room recked horrible of smoke smell. I had to go out and purchase fabreeze spray to try to clear the odor out. The bathroom floor was unacceptable...I found someones nasty cut off toe nails on the floor and hairs everywhere...purchased some Mr Clean cleaner to clean the floors, toilet and tub. The heating/air conditioning unit only ran on a fan so one night it got down to 32 so I had to go ask for another blanket just to keep warm.
Extended stay review Room had trash in it from previous Guests. We got a new room but it made me question the cleanliness of the hotel.
Feels like motel. Motel atmosphere. Lobby customer service adequate during the day, non-existence late evening.
Save yourself some sleepless nights. This place was horrible. Sticky and dirty.
