Yikes! Our stay was not too great... We had urine in our toilet, the toilet was stuffed with toilet paper and we had no toilet paper nor dishes in the kitchenette. The water overflowed in the bathroom and We had to fix the toilet ourselves (mind you, this was all before we actually checked in) and there is no ice machine... Was not the best stay..

Very disappointing The rooms are advertised as all non smoking rooms however the room I was given smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in. I went to the front desk and was moved to a renovated room. Basically had a quick overhaul, the heat did not work, refrigerator did not work, bathroom fan was excessively loud and there was a strong smell of paint. They do make fume less paint these days. We woke up early and left, no shower, just out the door! Spend the extra bucks for a decent stay elsewhere

Extended Stay America Hotel on Lenoir Street The bathroom had no hair dryer for us to use. We had reserved the room for three people and had to go get extra towels for the third person. Breakfast was a joke. It consisted of instant oatmeal or instant grits. The first day there were two packets of flavored oatmeal. The second day there wasn't. Adequate, But Not Much More I would have rated this place higher, but the rooms are stripped of all kitchenware. If you need anything, you have to get it from the front desk. I can appreciate that some guests may walk off with items, but if I am specifically paying to stay in a place that is equipped with a kitchenette, I am doing so because I intend to use it. I want my room to come with plates, cookware, glasses and utensils already in it, and I shouldn't have to get and carry these items from the front desk to my room. Al... read more

This hotel was okay for the price but to be honest I been to better for less hotel needs to improve
