Nasty Bed bugs and clueless staff I wouldn't put my child th through that again.
DO NOT STAY THERE! Pictures on expedia are not accurate. The room and hallways have stains on the floor. The hallway had food and garbage all over. We got there and nobody was at the front desk, we had to wait around 25 minutes for someone to show up. A room close to mine had a dog that did not stop barking, loud music playing after midnight, and you could smell marijuana as soon as you step out of the elevator. Call the front desk and they have done nothing.
DUMP!!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! I have been using Hotels.com for years to book my room and I'm and completely surprised that they would prompt this type of facility. The room was filthy; there were dirty sheets on the bed, the counters looked as if they had been wiped down with a dirty rag, and when I complained to the on duty Front Desk personnel; his reply was well I can come look at the room for you. NO.......GOOD a lot bugs and need repair most.
clean up your hotel The room was dusty, floor trashy, toilet not clean and we killed a roach, need to shampoo rugs, wash drapes
Smh It was decent, a little dusty, lamps didn't work and the ceiling lights were flickering ! But you get what you pay for !
Not a good choice It appeared the hotel was not prepared for full occupancy. We arrived approximately an hour or more after check-in began. Room was not ready. We went to eat and an hour later the room was still not ready. We had to get in get dressed to get to an event while room was still being cleaned. That is not anyway to run such a business. Extremely disappointing experience!! Television was foggy.
